People have been complaining how i don’t have ANY updated pictures of myself (due to my ever changing hairstyles) and i finally got some taken by Anna-Rina in a barter trade of sorts. I pose for her in accessories from Elevyn, and in return i get pictures i can use for media purposes :p Rest of her pictures of me here. I swear you can see how eating nasi lemak almost every morning has got to my tummy..!!!!

     

I collapsed into bed at 10pm last night cos i was so tired from Chic Charity (which was a success, even tho it stormed at 5pm. Then again, nobody could leave so… ha ha. But i do want to say thank you to all the people who came, vendors, musicians, people who donated clothes and money, there was so much love all around. Thanks so much!)

My allergies kicked in big time.
Dahlah it was damn bad the past few days.
Yesterday i was carrying a box of clothes and almost threw it at Valene cos my nose was running and i was crying from it at the same time.

I always get the most distorted nightmares when i’m sick and last night was terrible.
I barely slept, and i was crying (cos my nose was ticklish most of the time too)

Sometimes i really wonder what’s going on in my head.

I dreamt of this family, where this woman killed half her family members by draining their blood
And forced the rest of the surviving ones to drink it
Super wtf okay
What more it was in bright colour (i usually dream in washed out colours)

The whole time i was trying to get out of the house
And she was keeping an eye on me, cos if i left, she’d drain my blood too
So i was at distress in which was worse – to die, or being forced to drink others’ blood

I could fly in my dream (:p) but i didn’t want her to know
So i would sneak out the top window and fly to look for help

That was the only nice part of my dream, i haven’t had a flying one for so long
And i always fly better every time i have it again cos i remember how to from the previous ones
Because i dreamt in colour, the sky was a spectacular purple and blue
And i soared high enough to look down unto earth
Before swooping back in again

I can’t remember why i HAD to go back to the damn house
I think cos she’d kill someone else if i didn’t
PassedOutBen was in my dream
Somehow he was on her side, but helping me as well

The whole night was spent having a nightmare, and getting up to blow my nose in the bathroom in between sleep
Thinking she was in the bathroom about to kill me too

I crouched down to get a better look, even though i was running late for work as it was
Surprisingly enough, he didn’t run away!

“What are you doing on the floor?”
“Resting.”
“I could have stepped on you.”
“But you didn’t, see.”
“Yes, well. I *could* have.”
“You couldn’t, i’m too bright for you to have gone unnoticed.”
“Some things can be overlooked if you take it for granted.”
“… are you trying to tell yourself something, or me? I just like the floor.”
“I like the floor too. But not *that* much! Are you hurt?”
“No.”
“Then why not go somewhere safer?”
“Cos i like the floor.”
“You can’t fly, can you.”
“I most certainly can.”
“Then prove it.”

Mr. Grasshopper promptly flew off the ground and unto the railings.

“I told you so.”

And told me he did.

The whole point of this chilled out day event (3-7pm) is just to recycle your old clothes, get new ones, and ALL proceeds to go WAO.

Also present will be other vendors selling mostly art and accessories: Tiny Tapir, D.U.R.A., Blok On!, Lah’Lah’Land, Closet Crafty, Minimours, and some from Threadszoo.

Acoustic performances only start at 4:30pm so i think i’ll be playing music before that. Songs that aren’t party enough for SalahWrong and Cat Got Your Tongue nights, chill happy stuff from Feist, Lykke Li, Ben Lee, Belle and Sebastian, etc. Wee!
