Hello, my actress friend.
I have a few actor friends.
But i guess Sarah will be the first person i know who’s in a new Hong Kong film that’s trying to make its way into Sundance this year!
She plays supporting lead role Anna,
in a psychological thriller called “Jasmine.”
Starring alongside Jason Tobin, Eugenia Yuan and Byron Mann,
the film is going thru post-production right now
and should be ready in less than 2 months
I thought of writing a post summing up all i’ve done the past year.
But then i thought it was a bit cheesy. And i got crazy busy.
And then it ended as what it started out with – a thought.
A fleeting thought.
Really no time, even to blog properly!
Been working on this project called LEFTBLOCK (consisting of Jacinta, Chelle and i)
Earlier this year, we started out with spending 8-10 hours meeting up every week
for a bigger project we’re planning for in July.
Then just recently, we got an event project for next week so we’ve been scrambling for it like headless chickens.
Other than that, i’m juggling my advertorials, events and normal blogposts.
Slept 2 and a half hours on Monday morning,
was on the go ALL day yesterday,
don’t even remember falling asleep last night,
just recall climbing into bed!
Today was the same.
Meeting, sourcing, brainstorming,
rush rush rush.
Came home, planned to nap,
so i’d be more alive for birthday eve dinner and drinks.
Then some emails came in about advertorial adjustments,
other emails to attend to,
so GONE is my plan for a nap!
Other than that,
I managed to confirm and pay for my flights to London (from end of May till early July) just today
Well, after the event at Mid Valley on Thursday,
i went to meet up with VinceSkyrocker and KenDD.
Had guinness, midori fish and edamame at Somo @ Mont Kiara.
I told them how i had to drop by Bagraiders,
cos 1. i wanted to say hi to LindaLHLY who was in town
2. support Lah’Lah’Land
Being gatal and up for it,
us three went out together (like old times! hee hee)
I superlove LindaLHLY‘s style!
Last time i saw her when i was in Singapore at Zouk and Flea Titan
I actually put a bit more effort in my make up that night :p
Finally broke out some Dior eyeshadow i got at an event
VinceSkyrocker bumped into quite a few of his staff + students from Kimarie
I told him at least they’d think their boss is semi-cool for appearing at parties they’d least expect!
Music was a bit hardcore after awhile,
and i felt bad for KenDD cos he didn’t look like he was enjoying it (but he layaned anyway)
Us three tumbled back into Vince’s car,
and went looking for Kubhaer
at some small house party at Tenggiri.
The house designed by Seksan is GORGEOUS.
I’d love to live in a house like that some day!

At about 4am, i was staring woefully at all the empty tin cans.
“Aren’t you guys gonna recycle? I thought advertising people recycle!”
A reply came quick and swift: “Advertising people don’t give a shit.” “I can’t believe you said that! I’m gonna blog about it.”
“Yeah sure, just don’t say it’s me :p”
Some of the guys were really layaning my environmental consciousness,
and helped me wash some cans for me to take away.
I remember hearing Saiful muttering at the sink about not believing how he’s rinsing tin cans at an absurd hour,
and that he’s definitely going to remember meeting me. :p

I told Clem i’d be out till late last night, and not to wait up for me.
Figured i’d get back at around midnight or 1am.
I went to 4 different places, and ended up home at 5am.

Guess it’s because i’ve been domesticated for the past few weeks
