Day 1 in Sept

Comments (1) La la la, Musings & Personal

Well when i say it like that…

Argh i can’t believe it’s just been one day into the week
felt like a half a week already!
My schedule today alone was meeting with D&C + KBF and MH in Bangsar at 10am,
driving to Gardens and having a quick chat with Rengee in the car (that was the only time we got to talk this week),
hair prep at Centro for shoot trow,
ate lunch and did some emails while my hair was coloured,
went to Wong Lighting in Paramount to finally buy the lights for my home (bye more money),
drove to Jimmy Lim’s place for a fitting for MODA event tomorrow,
then dinner meeting with Danny in TTDI to talk furnishing details.

Then it was night time.

WHERE DID THE DAY GO.

Can i just please have more hours in a day!?

I’ve just come to accept that the day supposedly ends at 8pm.
And that’s the time i should stop answering messages.
But sometimes it’s so hard!

Oh look, here i am again on the laptop at 1am and i have a 8:30am call time for a shoot tomorrow morning.

I SHOULD GO.

Ok quick one, tragic things that happened:
– water not working in office, plumber coming tomorrow, Andrew freaked out after he took a dump apparently
– haze
– master bedroom cabinet i wanted is gonna cost 5k. That’s not gonna happen.
– i lost a third toenail in a week from that hike in the narrows. maybe this is why fashion people don’t hike. i don’t get any toenails to paint.

Best things that happened today (focus on the good, forget the bad):
1) bought a circular light that i haven’t been able to stop thinking about for my kitchen
2) the caramelized walnuts in my salad at Vin’s were crunchy and delicious
3) i think i did a good job choosing the right light bulbs (who knew there are so many types?!)
4) will get bar built instead of bedroom cabinet. will leave out cost here… :p
5) i had two pints of Asahi
6) i laughed a fair bit
7) ok i can’t think anymore, i get to sleep NOW and i’m ALIVE
