Thanks to the JW party, at least 1000 people in KL must have (1) taken leave, (2) taken MC, or (3) suffered at work today. I saw one of my clients June at the party last night, and then in the afternoon today, for a 4-hour meeting.

We both admitted to each other what a difficult day it had been for us, before proceeding with the meeting that involved a couple of other people. At one point, we were debating whether urban teenage Malay girls considered sports to be key in their lifestyle.

“Yeahhhh they do lots of stuff – go camping, hiking. Netball, volleyball,” i said, mentally labeling and categorizing every Malay girl that fit the target audience i knew in my head.
“Hmm but based on some consumer surveys, they don’t rank sports highly at all…” retorted another client.
“Really? That’s so weird. What else would they do if they can’t drink?” i blurted.

Everyone just burst out laughing and i started giggling when i realized what i just made myself sound like. Luckily everyone in that room drinks! I must’ve still been drunk in the head… Is it just me or are we losing our invincibility to function almost perfectly after a heavy night of partying?
