I almost didn’t go for this event cos i was honestly quite pooped, and i had to pack for Tioman to leave the house at 2:45am. But glad i went, and proud of myself for leaving after two drinks.

To celebrate the Cortez’s 40th Annv., five countries have taken part in the project called “40/40”. Each country (My, Sg, Th, Indon, Ph) has invited 8 artists to create a one-off Cortez inspired by the spirit of the shoe. Below are the wonderful works from Malaysian artists:
