Malaysian label Dude & the Duchess have debuted their 2014 Fall/Winter collection in stores and online since mid June. Called defilé I, the collection also introduces a new, premium line with extended menswear options, all spearheaded by Creative Director Jonathan Liang.

“For the premium line, find velvet and satin infused to mimic the textural vibes of horsehair; while thunderstorm lightning slash details strike throughout the collection. A variety of silhouettes will be hitting the racks this season: Fit-to-flare fits, cropped tops and asymmetrical cuts will create major moments for every woman looking for fashion- forward looks with luxe fabrics.

Silk organza and snake-embossed satin, along with iridescent glass-fibre knit and honeycomb tweed, incorporate colours of choice this season of navy, black and white – and especially the mint. Together resulting in a quintessentially cool look that is “sombre yet powerful and hip.”
