Last month, i was completely chuffed to be invited by Sonny Son to be one of his models at the Illuminare event.
He was to design each of us an individual outfit
– to suit our personalities
– inspired by the BlackBerry smartphone.

This is what he came up for me 

Sparkly sparkly!
A dress made of gold glomesh!
I couldn’t think of anything more apt,
as i’m always gravitating towards shiny things in store windows like a magpie!

The event was held at KL Aquaria, which was a first.
I’ve never been to an event held there before!

Bel’s dress was SO HER – all feminie and soft with feathers and flounce.
She made me think of a black swan

All our outfits came with bits that lighted up.
i.e. Bel’s dress lit up in the middle (she claimed she could control it via breathing haha)

I had a pseudo cigarette holder, which everyone mistook for a fairy wand 

The whole front of Hannah’s dress was shimmering!

Xan got a lit headpiece that i thought suited her very well too
