detox would be good, once in a blue moon. my friend’s kidneys are ruined. he is a real alco. went to some sinseh, told him to quit alcohol, curry, and icey stuffz for 2 months. i would’ve died in his position. so my advice is, hmm..detox is hard, so just go slow on alco. that would help.
