This is the 1st time I went for online shopping but was really disappointed with my order which I have yet to receive after numerous reminder with your customer service. As at today I was not inform when exactly I am going to receive it after they told me on 13/6/14 that it’s has been delay and to wait for another 10-15 days. me too received fake products..i bought THERMOS brand. it stated there last up to 6hour hot but not more than 1 hour already warm. i also bought 4pcs avent bottle & its leaking, all of it.
