If you’re looking for a bar to chill with piano playing in the background, jazz singers, French fine dining, and authentic Italian dishes; then Troika Sky Dining may be of great interest to you.
With a great environment and jaw-dropping city view, Troika Sky Dining is on the 24th floor of The Troika (at Persiaran KLCC, beside Nikko Hotel). Despite its busy surroundings, the restaurant and bar is rather quiet and peaceful, allowing one to enjoy food and drinks without the city’s bustle and only its amazing view.
It comes in three concepts: Claret, Cantaloupe & Strato.
Once you step out of the elevator, Claret Bar is in front of you. The seating arrangement in the bar is great — as none of the seats are too close to each other, assuring privacy.
The bartenders are really cheerful and attentive. I love how concise they are when asked about the drinks, taking their time to explain about each one.
Unlike many other bars that usually play music that’s sometimes a bit too loud for my liking, The Claret has a baby grand piano in the corner, where a pianist and singer entertain with smooth calm jazz or blues.
It’s a non-smoking zone inside the bar, but there’s a wide balcony with a breathtaking view for those with the vice.
Drinker with acquired tastes will love the expansive menu of wines, champagnes, liquors and cocktails. If you’re a whiskey lover, you’d be pleased to know that they serve different types of whiskeys from France, Japan and other countries, some of which are served exclusively at Claret!
Above Claret Bar, is Strato – a restaurant which serves home-made Italian food at affordable prices.
Strato make their own pastas, like the fresh ones you see hanging on the wall 🙂
Seating arrangements cater for different occasions, be it a huge dinner with your family or colleagues, a quiet and romantic dinner, or a simple coffee and pasta whenever you need some time alone. Whichever seat you choose, you’ll still get to enjoy the view of KL with your food. I especially love the single seat, which is right in front of the glass window.

Next to Claret Bar, is the Cantaloupe – a restaurant for French fine dining.
The interior of Cantaloupe is gorgeous, with a modern French twist that’s very chic and urban. There is also a separate bar in Cantaloupe that serves different liquors and wines.

Troika Sky Dining brings to mind fancy restaurants and bars in shows like Sex & The City. The chic interior, its soft and calming music, and the great view from every corner of the place make it a great hangout spot. There are beer and champagne promotions every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday i.e. RM190++ for champagne promo every Tuesday.
