Trust me to visit you at the hospital should you fall sick.

… And trust me to go to the wrong hospital cos i’m so blur.

One of my darling girlies has been in the hosipital since last week (erm i won’t write her name cos i’m not sure she wants people to know).
Seeing visiting hours end at 9:30pm, i tapaued myself duck rice for dinner and headed to Assunta Hospital (or so i thought).

Damn. Big hospital… er… which way should i walk…

I headed for the nearest desk i could spot and asked, “Excuse me, where’s Melati Ward?”
“Melati Ward… there’s no Melati Ward here…”
“Eh?” I checked my phone for the room she’s in, while the couple of staff looked on.
“Well… she said Melati ward…” Oh no… “Is this Assunta hospital?”
“No. This is University Hospital.”

I heard laughter burst out. Of my own mouth. I heard me laughing at myself… In front of strangers.

If anything, i think they thought i should be checked into the hospital.

Grinning a sheepish thanks and sorry, i quickly left and picked up my phone, “Babe… i went to the WRONG hospital, fuck!”
I had one hour before visiting hours were over -_-

She: It’s okay… i feel your love, i feel your fairy-ness, you don’t have to come…
Me: No! I’m so close! I even bought dinner to eat while talking to you!

I hate driving in PJ cos i always get lost, but thanks FaiTheMai for giving me fantastic concise directions.

I made it there in the end.

So… i’m not the right person to ask fetch you to a hospital if you’re suddenly ill and need to get to a particular one for insurance’s sake.
