I Forgot

That it’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow
But that doesn’t rattle me because i don’t like the whole commercialism surrounding it anyway
As you can see from my old posts
Last year’s
The year before that
And somemore

I pretty much take it as any other day

Somehow, being 22 and hating Valentine’s is kinda okay
This year, i feel like people will judge me = being in denial and actually wanting to spend Valentine’s Day

I’m not in denial

Ok wait, let’s rephrase ‘hating’
I don’t HATE it per se…
I just think … blargh! i wrote this all before, i’m too lazy to say it again

Anyway i was discussing with someone when we wanna meet up for dinner
“How bout Wednesday? I’m free that night.”
“Walau. It’s Valentine’s day la!!! My girlfriend will kill me!!”
“Oh yeah. I forgot.”
“How can you forget?”
“Dunno, you know i hate Valentine’s Day wut…”

Oh great.
So now i have noone to have dinner with cos everyone will be doing their snuggly thing
>_<

I’m just going to go Mambo and drink and dance la

Heard some people said Adam broke up with you…. If it’s not true sure he’ll plan something for you. Anyway, you’re just over reacted with your preference. At least it get the guys to pay more attention to the ladies on Valentine’s Day isn’t it.. esp. those who always forget their other half birthdays or anniversaries =)

    Cheer up!

How bloody insensitive to even mention it.

Anyway whatever it is, I agree with you Valentines day is too much hype, bloody bollocks. Chin up girl, have fun. At least you wont be making cabbage rolls for and English family in Wales. Which isn’t that bad, come to think of it. I am 24 this year and even less inclined to deal with V-day nonsense. If in love, it should be celebrated everyday, if not, there are certainly other things to celebrate. Fairies perhaps?
