My Saturday Night In

So i was a budak baik and stayed in on Saturday night
Confirmed did my quota of spending time with bf for the week  >_<

10 pm
TL dressed up all smart and was on his way out
He sat himself down on the bean bag for awhile
“Something looks weird…”
He looks at us
“You,” he pointed at me, “… should be out. You’re not going out?!”

I shook my head angelically, nibbling on my salmon
Off he went
“Use protection!” i yelled goodbye
Smellie gave him a thumbs-up sign simultaneously
TL just shook his head and stepped out

10:20 pm
I stared at the clock and The Party Girl elbowed her way into my thoughts
Still got time if want to run out, you know
The Girlfriend spoke up: Stupid. Say want to stay at home already.
Somemore everyone will be everywhere today…
Takkan you back out on your word now. Somemore you’re tired
Tired… once drink, sure not tired anymore!
One Saturday will die is it?
No… *sob*

11:15 pm
“Baby. If i suddenly go into convulsions, just send me to a club okay? Forget the hospital.”
“Okay, FK.”
” -_- “

I always find insignificant pictures in the digicam out of nowhere
Like someone’s puny little futsal wounds and his football gear
Like i *really* want those pictures in the cam -_-

Practically had to threaten breakup to force the ass to watch A Little Princess

“Little Princess! You promised!”
“Why must i watch your crap movies on my day off?”
“It’s NOT CRAP! Cos i watch all your crap stuff as well!”
“You like  the stuff i watch.”
“Not all of them…”

Argue argue argue

“Okay fine, i’ll give you three choices – A Little Princess, Totoro or Mirrormask.”
He grumbled till can die and slowly asked to see the Totoro cover
“What the heck is this!?”
“It’s a good movie!!!”
“It’s about some mouse.” He flipped the cover over.
“It’s by Studio Ghibli! The same people who did Spirited Away.”
“Looks like crap.”
“Nooooo!!!!”

Argue argue argue
When the wheedling doesn’t work, then one must turn to threats

“Do you know how many guys would love to teman me watch this naked in bed?”
“Noone!”
“Oh… okay then…. i’ll go find someone to watch it with, hmph.”
“No cannot.”
“But… you don’t want to watch it with me… So how?”

He watched A Little Princess
“You’d better not start crying in the middle of the movie.”
“Oh shut up.”

I did cry. But quietly  >_<
And the bugger fell asleep towards the ending  -_-
Haih, i don’t want to force him to watch movies which aren’t his thing anymore la
The whole point is to spread happiness… not suffering

In truth, i could have gone out if i’d wanted to
The allure of spending hours doing absolutely nothing but laze around is tempting especially after a harrowing week
But i think for now, if my energy persists, i should use it up
Before age catches up and i find it all boring

Went for Sunday afternoon tea with MaryBerry

Had a quick drink with QueenKanch
She had mocha
I had wine

Then CopywriterCasey and i watched The Lake House  before the rest joined us for Lady In The Water

I thought TheLakeHouse was kinda typical… was a bit disappointed after hearing how nice it is

I loved LadyInTheWater
Though just like The Village, I think its the kind of movie alot of people won’t like
You have to remember! It’s not supposed to be real!
It’s make believe… a bedtime story…
And i loved it.

Then again.
People say i have weird taste (especially Ash)
So don’t listen to what i say la yeah
