An Atrocity Occured
I watched the last half of England against Sweden with Smellie and TL last night

He was cheering like a Red Indian so loudly that i couldn’t possibly do anything else
It was quite a good match
Smellie and i were talking crap throughout
“There’s another game going on.”
“At the same time as this one?”
“Yeah. It’s Ecuador against… er…”

It just shot out of my mouth
I don’t remember so many things but i can remember something i don’t even intend/realise

After the game, Smellie went straight in to bed and i told TL
Me: “Shockingly… i had a slight interest for football tonight.”

Another Carrie Moment
It was raining early this morning when i woke up for work
(Yeah so rare, usually i do my work late at night)
And on the VERY morning that i decide i absolutely muST wake up early to do work…
IT HAS TO RAIN GLORIOUSLY
God is mocking me

Busy busy day

Then rushed to review coffee in Bangsar
The last time i had to review coffee was last year for San Francisco Coffee @ KLCC
I remember it was with PooiMun and we left, holding on to our stomachs
This time round, i tasted seven different types of coffee
I almost barfed coffee outside
Why can’t i do a wine review?
Or a champagne review?
Wine…. wine wine wine
I wanna do wine reviews!
I wanna go for a wine tasting course if necessary!
(i say if necessary cos i’m in touch with my wine. Touch my wine without my permission and i will scream. Ask Smellie. He knows -_- )

Then rushed for a meeting at one of the offices outside KLCC
Rush rush rush
Ran up the LRT escalator
Tapped my foot impatiently in the LRT
Oh, i suddenly remembered Lainie’s comment: “You take the LRT?!”
Me: “Oi. I’m not so diva okay. I TAKE the LRT!”
Ran out into KLCC
Ran out from KLCC onto the main road
Perhaps i shouldn’t use the word run…
Cos in all honesty i wasn’t really running
More like trotting really fast
It was raining outside
Ridiculous for me to cab it across the road -_-
So i skipped over puddles
Squeaking as my gold velveteen heels dipped into the unavoidable ones
Oh that was my Carrie moment
Cos i always see her in my head as rushing whilst skipping over puddles in dainty high heels
No i wasn’t trying to pull a Carrie -_-
Rather not ruin my heels thank you very much
I rarely wear heels out for work anyway
Just didn’t expect it to rain
And one of my meetings was with an expatriate company
They’re all so bloody tall so i’d rather *seem* tall then short when talking to them
3 inches doesn’t help much but hell, i need all the help i can get!
Got an sms from DJ Fendie i was supposed to interview right after that, saying it was raining and difficult for him to catch a taxi
I smsed back, “Eh, don’t complain. I’m running in the rain!”
By the time i sat myself down at the restaurant
My hair was flat and my mascara had run
Then ……………..
