I just came back from watching Troy. It disappointed me after all the comments i’ve been hearing from others. Perhaps it’s cos i’m comparing it with the original history and a previous movie on Helen of Troy. I thought the second half of the movie was way more interesting anyhow. And Achilles just made it even more gaya *Phwoar*
I’ve been trying to call some random close girlfriends. None of them are picking up and i can’t help the first thought in my head:-
Good god. are they all shagging or whAT. Is it peak shagging time? *looks at time* hrm. 9:35 pm. Who shags now? christ must they ALL be shagging when i’m bored!
Oh goodie. I got Michelle so we’re going out in a bit.
I also watched the uk version of Queer As Folk just now with Ash and Dave. I reckon Ash does not take to the exhibit of gay affection very fondly judging by her many exclamations of “Eww!”, “Omg” and various squeals.
I on the other hand.
Love it.
It’s plain funny and soap opera-ish.
It makes me laugh out loud and gives me an insight to a different world from what we call ‘normal’.
It doesn’t hurt that the guys on the show are as hot as hell either. *eye candy*
And since my beloved satc is finished and done with, this shall be my new series to follow…
OH! I love QueerAsFolk too! I didnt know there was a UK version tho. The soundtrack is cool. Yea.
